LOWER RED RIVER
The Lower Red is flowing about 27 cfs below the town of Questa. Fishing has been a little on at times and a little off at times, a few cuttbows wintering. The trails are muddy with still some hints of snow/ice so be careful. Look for some midges and BWOs in late morning through afternoon. In the deeper runs look to double nymph with larger Pheasant Tail or Twenty Incher followed by a BWO emerger.
